1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration
To register with w77, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details may be suspended and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

One Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, payment method, or device will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.
Account Sharing
Sharing your account credentials (username, password) with any third party is strictly prohibited. The account holder is solely responsible for all activity that occurs on their account.
3 Age Verification
W77 strictly prohibits account registration for anyone under the age of 18. At any time, W77 may request any of the following documents to verify your age:
- National ID Card (NID)
- Passport
- Driving licence
- Birth certificate (if no other document is available)
Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Submitting fraudulent documents is a serious offence and may result in account termination and legal action.
4 Deposits & Payments

Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit: ৳100
- Maximum Daily Deposit: ৳1,00,000
- Deposits will only be accepted from your registered payment number.
- Funds sent from a third-party name or an unrecognized number will not be refunded.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
Warning
Do not send money to any agent or third party for deposits. w77 never collects payments through third parties.
5 Withdrawal Policy
Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal from W77. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment number used for the original deposit.
Withdrawal Limits
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300
- Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳50,000
- Maximum Weekly Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
Processing Time
- Standard Withdrawal: 15 minutes – 1 hour
- Large Amounts (৳20,000+): Up to 24 hours
- First Withdrawal (KYC verification required): 24–48 hours
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw before fulfilling these requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled.
6 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms
- Welcome Bonus: applicable on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000.

7 Gaming Rules

- Bets cannot be changed once confirmed.
- Bets on incomplete games due to technical issues will be voided.
- Odds changes in Sports Betting do not apply after a bet has been confirmed.
- If disconnected during a live game, the outcome will be determined by the server.

8 Prohibited Activities

Consequences
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement if necessary.
9 Account Closure & Suspension
W77 reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:
- Evidence of Terms & Conditions violations
- Refusal to provide verification information
- Suspicious financial activity
- Participation in prohibited activities
- Court orders or directives from regulatory authorities
Voluntary account closure
Any member may close their account at any time. All remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure. Please contact our support team to complete the process.
